Great day trip! Driver and guide arrived always on time with a nice clean minivan.... We had a private family tour and visited Diribaba Mausoleum in Maraza, Shamakhi Juma Mosque, Sheki Khan's Palace, Caravanserai and Church of Kish. All the sights were very interesting and our tour guide was great, she gave us a lot of information about the sights. We also stopped by the roadside for some local tea and bread. The trip back to Baku was very nice next to the mountains. It was a very nice experience! It is a full day trip, definately worth it! Thanks for organising! I really recommend the tour with Guided Azerbaijan!
We had a great time on the tour. Tahir was a great guide who explained everything to us about what we were seeing and answered our questions about Azerbaijan in general. Also just a very easygoing guy. The tour is a long day but it’s nice to see things outside Baku and the sites and local experiences in Sheki are a lot of fun.
We enjoyed our Sheki tour very much! The only thing I regreted a bit - there would be nice to have more time in that magical town. The trip was perfectly organized. I really enjoyed the communication with the Guided Azerbaijan office! Thank you guys for the flexibility and efforts to address all our requests! Everything went smoothly from the very beginning to the end of the trip.
This tour was more than I imagined and I am so glad I went. We went to some very amazing places in Skaki and with the expert guidance of our tour guide. We got a very insightful history of Shaki. Tahir was absolutely an amazing tour guide!! I highly recommend this tour and have been telling everyone about it.
We had booked a customized weeklong trip with Guided Azerbaijan and planned several excursions with them. We had particularly outstanding service from Lamia in planning our trip and with our driver, Tahir, who was with us the entire time. We visited Sheki as an overnight stay and customized the drive there to include stops at Shamakhi to visit the mosque and for tea and qutab at a traditional roadside restaurant. Sheki is not to be missed when visiting Azerbaijan. It is a charming small city highlighted by the beautify Sheki Khan Palace. We had a very informative and enjoyable tour.
